Before The Thrive Programme I struggled with PTSD... I also struggled with anxiety in general day to day life/activities. I now know how to calm myself and reationalise if I do get anxious and have any bad thoughts. I feel so much more confident in myself, and I barely have any bad thoughts or any anxiety. If it do, I know how to manage it... My thrive coach, Alice, was amazing and the journey was too.

Most people start to see positive changes in the first few weeks, the more effort you put in the quicker you will feel the benefits.
The programme last 8 weeks with a follow up session at a later date to ensure you are exactly where you should be.
You will be asked to complete a quiz which provides a comprehensive report, enabling you to see where you are going wrong.
You will receive a course manual, support videos and a weekly session with me, your coach, to ensure you are understanding everything, and putting all the right effort in the right places.
It's not just another self-help guide with hints and tips or something that worked for an individual.
It's not therapy or counselling where something is 'done' to you, or you have to keep reliving the past.
To feel, confident, powerful and in control, you need to learn WHY you are struggling, WHAT you are doing wrong and HOW to put it right.
With the resources you will recieve and my support as your coach, change is predictable and lasting.
