I discovered the power of The Thrive Programme after my son had struggled with anxiety and Emetophobia for years. We had tried everyone and everything with only small temporary gains.
I used to be a Primary Teacher for many years but retrained as a Thrive Programme Coach because I wanted to enable other people to have the opportunity to change their lives in the way it had transformed his, that of my family and the lives of thousands of clients all over the world.

I absolutely love cold water swimming!
We've all heard of the health benefits of cold water swimming. The mental health benefits are indisputable and can be truly life changing. Through challenge, connection and ultimately belief, anything is possible.
Changing a limiting belief requires evidence and there is plenty of opportunity for that with wild swimming.
For me, I love the community side of it and the way it makes you feel - the colder the better!
I love a challenge!
Whether it's cycling up a really steep hill, or going the distance for charity. I am also known for challenging myself in a stunt plane or learning to paraglide. I am by no means an adrenaline junkie but knowing how to manage and change any fear into something positive is after all, what I do!
Oldest but by no means least!
I may be the oldest player in my cricket team (43 years more than the youngest) but I hold my own, am valued and respected. Having confidence in yourself and high self-esteem goes a long way to loving what you do and doing what you love.
